Delegates are expected to be on time and present for all scheduled rehearsals and events leading up to and during the pageant finals. Delegates will lose 1 point for each unexcused missed event. In the event of illness, a delegate may be excused from attending an event. Arochukwu Network Executive Director is the only individual with the authority to release a delegate from a scheduled event.

Winner’s Contract

1. If selected as a Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ winner, delegate agrees to sign a contract stating agreement to arrange and make a minimum of 10 appearances throughout her year’s reign. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; radio, television and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide Arochukwu Network with photos of appearances for the Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ website and promotion. If delegate is unwilling to sign the contract and/or unable or unwilling to fulfill the obligations, the title won and all prizes will be awarded to the first runner up.
   
   
2. The reign of the Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ winner (i.e., Aro Queen®,) will commence immediately after crowning and will end immediately following the crowning of her successor.
   
3. Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ titleholder agree to make monthly contact with Arochukwu Network by phone, letter, fax or e-mail.
   
   
4. Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ titleholder agree to provide Arochukwu Network with photocopies of articles pertaining to her reign and pictures of appearances for the pageant history scrapbook.
   
   
5. Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ titleholder (i.e., Aro Queen ®) agree that she will not enter any other pageant or compete for any other titles during her reign without written permission from Arochukwu Network. The Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ title is the winner's main pageant-related priority. Winner is expected to give her time and energy to this title and this title only during her year’s reign. Permission for Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ titleholder to participate in other pageants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
   
   
6. Winner may have a modeling, commercial tie-up, personal management and/or agency contract, which contract however does not include, authorize or permit the use of the name of the Aro Queen National Beauty Pageant™ or any title designation or reference with respect to the pageant in any manner.
   
   
7. Winner agree to attend the next year’s pageant to crown her successor. Winner’s travel, lodging, and meal expenses will be paid by Arochukwu Network
